Please READ Carefully by purchasing this product you (herein referred to as “Client”) agrees to the follow terms stated herein.
PROGRAM/SERVICE Bang Bang Social Media (herein referred to as “Bang Bang” or “Company”) agrees to provide Educational Training (herein referred to as “Program) identified in online commerce shopping cart. Client agrees to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this agreement as a condition of their participation in the Program.
DISCLAIMER Client understands Bang Bang (herein referred to as “Consultant”) is not an employee, agent, lawyer, doctor, manager, therapist, public relations or business manager, registered dietician, or financial analyst, psychotherapist or accountant. Client understands that Consultant has not promised, shall not be obligated to and will not; (1) procure or attempt to procure employment or business or sales for Client; (2) Perform any business management functions including but not limited to, accounting, tax or investment consulting, or advice with regard thereto; (3) act as a therapist providing psychoanalysis, psychological counseling or behavioral therapy; (4) act as a public relations manager (5) act as a publicist to procure any publicity, interviews, write-ups, features, television, print or digital media exposure for Client; (6) introduce Client to Consultant’s full network of contacts, media partners or business partners. Client understands that a relationship does not exist between the parties after the conclusion of this program. If the Parties continue their relationship, a separate agreement will be entered into.
FEES The fees for Bang Bang Final Expense Fees are $20 per lead for local and $15 per lead for geographic areas expanding the an entire state or multiple states. The fees for recurring agents is $20. The fees for someone ordering more than 1,000 leads per month is $15 only if the geographic area is the entire United States.
Further, if at any time if there is a past due payment, access to the leads will be temporarily restricted until the account is in current financial standing. Each monthly invoice only indicates the payment and balance due for the current month listed on that individual invoice and does not reflect the ongoing or remaining balance for the account. METHODS OF PAYMENTIf Client elects to pay by monthly installments, Client authorizes the Company to charge Client’s credit card or debit card or Paypal. If Client elects to pay in FULL, Client may pay by credit card or debit card or PayPal.
Social Media Leads Refund Policy We will refund any lead that is 100 miles from your city’s main zip code. We will refund any lead that is a duplicate in the same lead order. Our system keeps leads from entering the system twice so there shouldn’t be any duplicates. If a lead you have already gotten is sent to you in a future order, it means that they filled out their information again. That is not refunded. Think of that as a cheap way to keep business on your books or write more business.
Refunds are given only when requested by email or through our Lead Management Portal. Refunds must be requested within 3 days of receiving your last lead.
